Ninety Nine Restaurant Launches Dining for a Cause

Ninety Nine Restaurants in 11 communities to donate a portion of proceeds to local charitable organizations

Woburn, MA (May 6, 2009) — Ninety Nine Restaurants s today announces the launch of Dining for a Cause, which will allow guests to help a local charitable organization simply by dining at their local Ninety Nine Restaurants . As part of Dining for a Cause, the Ninety Nine will donate a portion of their proceeds (approximately 1%) from all sales to their chosen organization in support of their cause beginning on May 18th through June 18th, 2009.

As part of Dining for a Cause, every guest who purchases an adult entrée between May 18th and June 18th will receive an Instant Win scratch card. Each of the 11 participating restaurants will award a Grand Prize, 1st prize and 2nd prize to three lucky winners. The prizes are as follows:

  • Grand Prize – a $999 Amex cash card
  • 1st Prize – nine (9) $99 Ninety Nine Restaurants gift cards
  • $5 Coupons – ninety nine (99) Ninety Nine Restaurants $5 coupons

All participating restaurants will hold their Dining for a Cause donation event on the evening of Thursday, June 18th from 8:30 – 9:30 p.m. The 11 events will include a check presentation of the donation to the leader/representative of the chosen organization, a drawing of raffle prizes and awards for those Ninety Nine team members who have passionately been involved in their restaurant’s cause.
